PIÑA LOVE SMOOTHIE BOWL RECIPE

‘Be a pineapple. Stand tall, wear a crown and stay sweet on the inside.’ By now, you may have heard this quote about the pineapple. I have mad love for the fine-apple and not only because its got me channeling my inner queen and makes me want to do all the above in the quote! Pineapple actually contains bromelain, an anti-inflammatory enzyme that works on the gut, therefore, it can be very helpful for reducing inflammation and increasing secretion of stomach acid. Lemon and lime are also part of this smoothie bowl. They are both highly alkalinizing to the body, which will additionally fight inflammation.
